Born in 1999 in Istanbul, Dt. Begüm Özer graduated from Adnan Menderes Anatolian High School in 2017. In the same year, she started Istanbul University Faculty of Dentistry and completed her education in 2022.
She has been actively working in the private sector since 2022.
